Cleartrip is a global online travel company. The brand approached us to align their core values and motivate employees to not only keep the brand promise but to live it internally. The idea was to engage and inspire the team to feel enthusiastic about the brand and ultimately influence their behavior to support the brand. An identity was created in lines with the core values of the brand adding to the various internal touch points wherein the communication stays crisp and persuade to create right energy in a creative form.
